What’s the next step?
After your no-sweat intro, we recommend a Prep Course of 4, 8, or 12 60-minute, one-on-one personal training sessions to introduce new athletes to basic CrossFit movements with an emphasis on safety and proper technique. Each one-on-one session is customized for you and scheduled at times that work for you. After Prep Course, you can integrate easily into our regular CrossFit classes.
Your Path to Finding Your Fitness Prep Courses Pricing:
All Prep Courses include a body composition analysis, goal setting session, 4-week paleo meal plan, and invitation to all exclusive SRCF events.
- Prep Course, $240 – four 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions
- Prep Plus Course, $410 – eight 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions
- Personal Prep Course, $600 – twelve 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions
