Power Yoga is a vinyasa or flow type of class that engages the full body, moving with the guide of your breath. The class is all levels, beginners are welcome! The idea is to activate and release the whole body, working to increase the range of motion and ease in your muscles and joints, simultaneously bringing more ease and calm to the mind. This class has cardio, transitional flows between poses, modifications, deep held poses that allow you to reach an edge, and a learning aspect to bring more self-awareness in your physical practice here and off the mat.
